Refunds & Returns Policy

SolarPawa.com offers refunds and replacements only in cases where:

Products arrive damaged or defective
Incorrect items are shipped
Orders are lost in transit, confirmed by the carrier
Items differ significantly from the product description

The customer must notify SolarPawa within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period may be denied at our discretion.

Return Conditions:

Returned products must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
Items damaged by customer misuse, negligence, or improper installation are not eligible.
SolarPawa reserves the right to issue a partial refund if items are returned in a non-original state.

Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse
Delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or force majeure
Clearance or final sale items
